Her work centres around making small collages, mixed with additional illustration. She usually works in small collections, based on an animal or an idea. Her two cats ziggy and Zues provide a constant source of inspiration.

Collins has collaborated with a number of different artists and designers, with her work being translated into animations and printed on to linens. Most recently she has designed imagery for the Essenze Whare range of cushions.
