A talented young New Zealand designer, Tim Wigmore uses materials and processes that reflect a deep respect for his clients, himself and the natural environment.

Tim produces innovative designs that resist obsolescence and is constantly inspired by outback New Zealand.

One of Tims pieces, 'giddyup’ uses old worn saddles which have a beauty and patina about them.

Tim tries to obtain older saddles that are no longer in use, rather than taking good working saddles out of circulation.

The body of the giddyup is made from high quality sustainable plywood, the finish is a non-toxic natural citrus based oil.

Tim has also been a winner of the Home and Entertaining 2006 design awards for his ‘Spin Vanity’ unit and a 2007 finalist in the for ‘Hang-up Coat and Shoe Rack'.
