Philippa Bentley is a New Zealand artist based in Auckland. She has completed limited edition artists prints, paintings, private commissions and design projects.
Philippa has exhibited her work in both solo and group shows and has artwork held in collections in New Zealand and internationally.
Philippa was the Winner of a 2010 Merit Award in the NZ Painting and Printmaking Awards for "Diorama- Extinct Birds of the New Zealand Bush."

Bentley states, 'My work is usually inspired by nature, often with a twist. I love the idea of retaining a sense of wonder in the world. This has led me to slowly and steadily develop my own wunderkammer. I just seem to be a bit stuck on the entomology section -my fascination with insects. My artwork often reflects on memory and identity, love and the collector.'
